My Experience
I'm a football-native strategist, operator and cultural storyteller helping brands grow inclusively and unlock value through storytelling, sponsorship, pop culture, and partnerships. I’ve led comms and brand strategy for global institutions like BlackRock, Meta, and WeWork.
I now work directly with a variety of clubs, brands, and global institutions, as well as investors to shape commercial narratives at the highest level of the global game, without losing site of or connection to the game’s grassroots identity and power to bring positive impact to local communities.
I’m fluent in football, tech, and finance: I grew up playing in DC, trained with Flamengo and Fluminense in Rio de Janeiro during summers as a teenager, wrote my History thesis on Colombian football and national identity. I speak Spanish fluently and am focused on bridging Latin American and American sports and corporate culture .
Football Unites Us All
Global Football Currency is a cultural communications and strategy practice rooted in the reality that football and are the world’s two universal connectors. I enjoy translating emotional power into concrete commercial and creative opportunity.
Growing up in Washington DC’s multicultural football ecosystem, playing and training across the United States and Latin America, and learning to speak Spanish fluently. I bring this passion to football and its surrounding ecosystems, through narratives, partnerships, and experiences that resonate.
